Students of the Graduate Education Institute of our University Nursing Doctorate Program are required to take at least 24 credits and 8 separate courses per year in order to obtain a Doctorate degree. The duration of the PhD program is four semesters at most. The completion period of the doctoral program is eight semesters. Those who fulfill all of their obligations specified in the regulation can complete them in a shorter time. A student who has successfully completed the credit courses, was successful in the proficiency exam, and whose thesis proposal has been accepted, but could not take the thesis exam because he could not complete his thesis work by the end of the eighth semester, can defend his thesis in front of the jury upon the recommendation of the relevant institute department and the decision of the relevant board of directors. A maximum of four semesters may be granted. |
