Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: 1) To learn general information about disasters and management.
2) To give general information about the purpose of the Emergency Aid and Disaster Management Department, its place in practice.
3) To learn human-induced disasters.
4) Learning about natural disasters and their effects
5) To learn disaster education.
Course Content: Disaster definitions, types of disasters, natural disasters, humanitarian disaster, choice of settlement area, effects of municipalities on settlement plan, effects on settlement plan of civilian mind, effects on settlement plan of central government, use of natural resources, disaster behaviors of man- necessity, risk table, integrated disaster management

1) Having theoretical and practical knowledge at the basic level supported by textbooks, application tools and other resources with up-to-date information in the field based on the competences gained at secondary level.
