Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the body of rules that regulate the relations between administration and individuals. The character of these rules, the structural meaning of 'administration', the administrative authorities which make up the administration and administrative activities (public services, police services) are the subjects of this course. subjects that will be covered this semester include administrative activities (planning, state aids, regulation) administrative property, administrative decision-making and administrative jurisdiction. |
Course Content: |
The subject and the scope of administrative law, basic organization of the administration, the administrative activity of the administration from the ones of the legislation an judiciary. Analyse the elements of administrative actions (competence, procedure, cause, subject, purpose).
Classify administrative actions.Public service, gendarmerie force, planning, promotion & subsidy, self-government, how the public service actions are carried out. The inter relation between the actions of gendarmerie force and fundemental rights and liberties.
