Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The course aims to introduce students overview and general information about regulations which are governing the activities in financial sector. It provides information about regulatory restrictions of banking activities. In this respect the attendees will be informed about the regulatory framework of banking activities.
Course Content: The main aim of this course is to provide students with an introductory level but comprehensive overview of banking regulations, restrictions, limits and ways of trnsaction processing in respect of regulating bodies’ directives.

At the end of the course students will be capable of understanding the regulatory frame-work of banking system.

On successful completion of this course, all students will have sound knowledge and understanding on:

- Basics of Foreign Trade Regulations
- The Law for Protection of Turkish Currency
- Decree Nr. 32 for Foreign Transactions
- Invisible Transactions
- Regulatory environment of banks and other related parties
- Free Trade Zones
- Transit Trade
- Boarder Trade
