Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; to teach the diagnostic criteria of eating and nutritional disorders, treatment and medical nutrition therapy and the steps to be followed in the education of these patients. |
Course Content: | Classification of eating and nutritional disorders and diagnostic criteria Pica, rumination disorder, avoidant / restrictive nutritional intake disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, eating or nutritional disorder not otherwise classified (atypical) eating and nutritional disorder, night eating syndrome, orthotexia nervosa, emotional eating Medical nutrition therapy in eating and nutritional disorders |
