Course Objectives: | This course designed to prepare an overview and special provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations. |
Course Content: | The course focuses on formation, interpretation and content, performance of different types of contracts, and remedies in case of non-performance therein; particularly for sales, rental, work, mandate and guarantee contracts. |
