Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: After providing general information about the types of crimes in the special provisions of the Turkish Criminal Law, the general benefit of the crime, the victim, the victim, The material element is the transfer of details on the reasons for lawfulness, the moral element, the enterprise, the lawsuit and the participation. Offenses against people, crimes against life, body integrity, sexual immunity, freedom, crimes against honor, and crimes against property; constitutes the main topics of the course.
Course Content: 1) Learning of various crimes in the crimes against liberty in the Turkish Criminal Code.
2) To have information about insults in the crimes against honor and the insults of the person in the new Turkish Criminal Code.
3) To have general information about various crimes within the scope of crimes against private life and hidden area of ​​life.
4) To investigate the differences between crimes such as theft, spoil fraud and abuse of trust.
5) Learn the crimes in the field of informatics in the Turkish Criminal Code.
