Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to give general information about law of inheritance, to show how to solve legal problems and case studies to provide a better understanding of inheritance law.
Course Content: The subject of the course is freedom of death-related license and freedom, legal heirs, disposable share, removal from inheritance, types of death-related savings; assignment of heir, leaving certain property, assigning a replacement heir, assigning an heir, inheritance contract, the form of death-related dispositions, fulfillment of the will, cancellation and criticism of death-related dispositions, other lawsuits arising from the inheritance contract, opening of the inheritance, inheritance, consequences of inheritance, protection measures, the acquisition of the inheritance, rejection of the inheritance, official bookkeeping, official liquidation, rationale for inheritance, the division of the inheritance, equalization and sharing of the inheritance is completed and the result.
