Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course will, providing students with a background of distribution management functions and an academic viewpoint to follow, understand and apply the modern developments in logistics, distribution channelst, analysing opinions on channels, new approaches, ensuring knowledge about physical distrubition, shipping and loading operations
Course Content: Industrial and logistics organizations, the expression of sample applications of formation of of the procurement and purchasing departments and functions.
The definition, function, and the types of the Procurement Policy
The principles and the working harmony of Procurement system as a sub-system of purchasing with each other.
• Establish the selection of suppliers and conditions for orders determine the contract and its annexes, technical and administrative specifications, specimen identification, the use of commercial arguments
What criteria must be applied between bidders for evaluation?
