Course Objectives: | To learn the basic concepts of creative drama, to participate in creative drama practices and to prepare creative drama programs suitable for the development of children with normal development and special needs. |
Course Content: | Definition of drama, characteristics and benefits of drama, basic concepts of drama, components in drama process, effects of drama on child's development, learning types in drama, structure of creative drama, application stages, classification according to age groups and application areas, content of creative drama program in education and planning, creative drama principles and program in education, creative drama program applications and evaluation in education, subject-based drama and sample applications, use of drama as a method in pre-school education, planning and implementation of drama activity in preschool education program. |
