Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The course aims to make and examine evaluations about mediation, which is a type of alternative dispute resolution ways, especially in disputes in insurance law.
Course Content: Alternative non-jurisdictional dispute resolution ways, parties' ways of resolving the dispute with the help of mediators, systematic techniques to be applied.
