Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce students with the “project” concept and to teach the basics of “The Body of Knowledge for Project Management” with focus on architectural design and construction projects.
Course Content: Principles and Body of Knowledge of Architectural Project Management including Scope, Integration, Time, Risk, Cost, Procurement, Quality, Communication, Human Resource (Power) Management topics. Concept of and need for management as general in many areas, planning, execution and control of the project.
