Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is the definition of human resource management; Basic concepts; strategic role of human resources in the firm; important functions of human resource management; workforce planning; recruitment; development; performance evaluation; career management; compensation; ethical principles; fundamentals and problems of labor relations; employer-employee relationship; corporate culture; diversity management; To enable students to gain knowledge on international human resources management.
Course Content: Describe the key functions of human resource management, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, career planning, reward and incentive methods, and explain how these functions contribute to achieving a business's strategic goals,
Explain concepts related to employer-employee relations and labor law,
Be able to explain international human resources management practices together with national culture and institutional infrastructures and diversity management.
