Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: 1- Explanation of the system and logic of the Consumer Protection Law
2- Detailed description of the regulations in the Law on Consumer Protection
3- To show that the rules on consumer protection are one of the important legal rules that regulate the social life of individuals.
4- Contributing to the formation of the logic of the Consumer Law
Course Content: Within the scope of the course, the legal protection of the consumer, the fundamental rights of the consumer, the place of consumer and consumer transaction in legislation, consumer contracts, product security, installment sales contracts, housing finance contract, prepaid housing sales contract, distance contracts, package tour contracts, subscription contracts, Consumer Courts and the Consumer Arbitration Committee will be examined in detail.
