Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Prisons have always been problematic institutions in Turkey as well as all over the world.
It is necessary to identify the problems of penitentiary institutions, to find solutions to them, and to reintegrate the convicts into society at the end of the execution of their sentences. Indeed, by remaining sensitive to the problems of the people in prisons, it should not be forgotten that they are people who come out of the society and that one day they will return to society again.. With the execution law course, it is aimed to teach subjects such as the execution of judicial fines, execution institutions, execution regime, especially prison sentences.

Course Content: In the lecture, they will be sensitive to the problems of their students, they will come back to us one day and they will do. With the execution course, the execution of fines, including criminal penalties, is taught like forensic education.
