Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is aimed to carry out a current doctrine and case-law study in the light of the ruling and jurisprudence on the application of the right to a fair trial, which is one of the most important fundamental rights and freedoms, in the civil law trial.
Course Content: Right to a fair trial in ECHR and ECtHR judgments
