Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to provide a legal perspective to the patient and physician relationship and to determine the limits of the legal responsibility of the physician. |
Course Content: | Diagnosis and treatment process between patient and physician, compliance of medical intervention with law, informed consent, treatment-relationship management, medical malpractice, medical treatment. |
