Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide a legal perspective to the patient and physician relationship and to determine the limits of the legal responsibility of the physician.
Course Content: Diagnosis and treatment process between patient and physician, compliance of medical intervention with law, informed consent, treatment-relationship management, medical malpractice, medical treatment.
