Course Objectives: To gain the ability to solve problems within the framework of competition law

1) The students who succeeded in this course; Will comprehend the notion of competition, concerted actions, restrictive and prohibitive agreements and basic notions such as abuse of dominant position.
2) Will comprehend the Law On The Protection Of Competition No. 4054; the code's purpose which emphasizes the need of regulation in product and service market.
3) Will obtain information about controlling and prevention of enterprise's abuse of dominant position,
