Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce the place and applications of theoretical knowledge and concepts of “Total Quality Management” in health. As a management understanding, it is aimed to show their health practices and to use and apply the methods of management, effectiveness and efficiency evaluation.
Course Content: TQM basic concepts, history, basic approaches, application examples sharing
