Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is; Thoughts, theory discussions, current criticisms and new approaches related to business administration that have taken place during the last century within the scope of management discipline constitute the course content. The aim is to ensure that executive candidates acquire knowledge and develop predictions about the intellectual evolution of management discipline.
Course Content: Management processes / functions, Classical Management Thought, neo-classical management Thought and Modern Thought, matrix management by of organization and purpose, Post-modern management Thought, new approaches 1: Z Theory and TQM, new approaches 2: Basic Skills, outsourcing, New approaches 3: network organization, downsizing, new approaches 4: change engineering, benchmarking, new approaches 5: staff empowerment, learning organization Evaluation.
