Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to reveal sociological evaluations on time and space.
Course Content: Does the time take place in a linearly extending plane or is there a more complicated movement? Why is time discovery and discovery of maps important? Most importantly, are the time and space elements that we can always distinguish, as assumed? This course aims to make students think about such questions and problems. Time and space determinants in social life, changing time and space concepts and their relationship with changes in social, economic and cultural life will be established. It will be discussed that the field is not only an ineffective and ineffective element and that time does not include linear time setup that can be limited to hours, days and months. The relations and processes between the construction of space and social life, individual existence and identity building will be discussed critically.
