Upon successful completion of the program, graduates can work at the universities, public institutions, research and consulting companies, advertising companies, media, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, marketing companies and international organizations as specialist, consultant or researcher.
The graduates of the program are being employed in a variety of governmental institutions such as State Planning Administration, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Forestry, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Ministries and the Institution of Turkey Radio and Television. Besides those opportunities, sociology graduates do also have an opportunity to work as a teacher in line with the criteria set by Ministry of National Education.
