Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course introduces students to the basic concepts of sociology, examines sociological problems in the field of education and offers solutions.
Course Content: This course aims to learn the concepts of education, sociology and the sociology of education and to understand the importance of sociology of education, the function of societies and institutions, especially the contribution of this field to educators. It also aims to evaluate the relations between education and society both from a historical perspective and to interpret them in terms of current events.
