Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to draw attention to the sociological perspectives that can be brought into legal studies as the source and symbolic form of an important social institution, order and control.
Course Content: The course generally covers an interdisciplinary approach to sociology and law. The first courses include sociological theories on law, and the following courses contain theoretical approaches to empirical concepts such as legal culture, legal action and legal profession.
