Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this program, it is aimed to examine the political and social issues and phenomena in Latin America. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with Latin American politics and society, to be familiar with the literature and to be familiar with the historical development of basic issues and theories. Throughout the course, selected topics in Latin America from the beginning of the 20th century to the present and the results they have created in the 20th century will be handled with local, regional and global dimensions.
Course Content: Thus, at the end of the course, participants are expected to have a perspective on the current issues in the region.
