Passengers who requires Special Services.
The concept of Overbooking.
Flight Acceptance ( check-in )
Boarding Procedure
Flight disruptions , passenger announcements on arrival operations.
Passenger Service Messages , Transfer - Transit Operations.
Passport, visa and security applications.
