Course Objectives: At the end of this course, the student will be able to
• Define Teacher’s And Learners’ Roles For Effective Learning And Teaching.
• Describe The Characteristics Of An Effective Learning And Teaching Environment.
• Use Micro-Teaching Techniques.
• Plan Pronunciation, Vocabulary And Grammar Lessons Suitable For Learners’ Needs And Levels.
• Adapt And/Or Develop Materials For Pronunciation, Vocabulary And Grammar Lessons.
• Evaluate His/Her Own Teaching Performance And Revise When Necessary.
• Evaluate Peers’ Teaching Performance In Micro-Teaching Sessions.
• Use Computer Technology In Practice Sessions.
Course Content: Techniques and stages of teaching listening, speaking, pronunciation and vocabulary; building language awareness and teaching skills for language learners at various ages and language proficiency levels; lesson planning and techniques of the specific skills for a variety proficiency levels.

1) This course designed to define the roles of teacher and learners, and effective learning-teaching environment, study on the different stages and techniques of pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar teaching, design activities for learners of different ages and proficiency levels, use micro-teaching technique, plan a lesson and evaluate the teaching performance in practice sessions.
