Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to provide the student teachers with the basic concepts of non-school learning environments and their usage. |
Course Content: | The scope of out-of-school learning, teaching methods and techniques appropriate to out-of-school learning environments (project-based learning, station technique, etc.) and materials; out-of-school learning environments (museums, science centers, zoos, botanical gardens, planetariums, industrial organizations, national parks, science festivals, science camps, natural environments, etc.); implementation and evaluation of planning activities outside school. |
