Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In line with the standards of the Common Framework Text on Teaching of European Languages, it constitutes one branch of the elective course group, which is prepared to develop 4 languages (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening) for Turkish. Turkish for Foreigners elective course group aims to ensure that students use the linguistic content they learn at each language level in four skills. Turkish for Foreigners: Reading & Writing I is a special course for Turkish for Foreigners. it includes achievements to improve reading and writing skills.
Course Content: Activities aimed at gaining or improving Turkish reading and writing skills through resource book activities.

1) Understands the main subject of Turkish texts suitable for the level. Makes inferences about the text. It transforms a subject into a written text by citing its important points. Uses personal comment and expression patterns.
2) Understands key concepts and expressions in the text. Understand subjective and objective judgments. They writes texts about the events and experiences he experienced.
3) Determines the physical and psychological characteristics of people in the text. Defines key concepts and expressions in the text. Various sources summarize the information they have acquired.

5) Daily life; Understand texts related to fields such as health, politics, sports, magazine and education. Summarizes the information it gets from various sources.
