Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The Organization Sociology course aims to understand the logic of collective action within an organization through the study of bureaucratic systems.
Course Content: The subject will be examined through a strategic analysis framework that focuses on power relations between individual or collective actors that make up an organization, and how people play the game of cooperation or conflict within the organization.
