Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:
At the end of this course, students, organization and management theories, the place of these theories in organizational functions, the effect of managers on efficiency level, the scope and precursors of classical and modern theories, current approaches in terms of organization, the basic features of organizational structure Strategy, Organization and Effectiveness Organizational design for the global business world Technology and organizations will have knowledge about organizational culture and moral values, innovation and change.
Course Content: Basics of organizational theories, different theoretical approaches.
