Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach the epidemiological research methods, the role of nutrition in the etiology of disease, to gain knowledge and skills to monitor the nutritional status of communities and to develop interventions to reach and maintain healthy nutrition patterns. |
Course Content: | This course includes epidemiological research methods, the role of nutrition in disease etiology, monitoring the nutritional status of communities, and developing and evaluating interventions to achieve and maintain healthy eating patterns. |
