Course Content: Transformational Leadership Process; Converter Organizational Leadership Activities affecting; Sports Organization Definition Properties by organizations Relations with External Environment, Sport Organizations Stages of activities; Sports Organization Renewal Process, Organizational Structure and Communications Group, The Importance of the Concept of Leadership in Sport, Leadership styles: Between Executive and Leader Differences; Leader Functions and Duties: The Concept of Transformational Leadership.
