Course Objectives: | By the end of this course, students will gain theoretical knowledge about the concept of wellness and learn about the effects of physical activity on the components of wellness. |
Course Content: | The fundamental knowledge and concepts within the scope of health and wellness will be addressed, covering topics such as mental health, nutrition, fitness, major health issues, infectious diseases, healthcare costs, environmental health, and the concept of death. |
