Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The purpose of this course is to provide general information about teaching equipments and devices are used in pathology laboratory, to have routine work principles are to provide and analytical approaches.

Course Content: Meeting the course introductions, shared course goals and purpose Operation of pathology laboratory Using light microscopy The working principle of a light microscope Special type of microscopes and their use Preparation of tissue for pathological examination Fixatives, Fixation of tissues The principles of tissue follow Blocking of tissue and preparation section Microtomes and taken tissue sections Methods for preparing frozen sections.
