Course Objectives: | Gaining primarily important knowledge about teaching an additional language to the children of 5-12 age range. |
Course Content: | • Physiologicak, psychological, affective and cognitive features of the children of 5-12 age range • Differences between the learners of 5-12 age and older age groups • Learning styles of young learners • Activities to teach vocabulary, skills and structures of an additional language to young learners • An additional language course design for young learners • Student presentations and observation at a primary school |
