Course Objectives: | To perceive the importance and the place of arts in human’s life, to be able to improve the creativity of arts, to be able to think in an authentic way, to improve the capacity of production and attemption,to be able to gain the skills and technical information about the formal expression. |
Course Content: | Definition and function of art; history of art education; place and importance of art education in contemporary education; know and evaluate a work of art; the definition and importance of creativity and art education in early childhood; picture and characteristics of children according to developmental stages; methods and techniques of art education before school, materials used; museum art education; theories and practices related to creativity and art education in early childhood; the preparation and implementation of programs that promote children's creative expression skills and aesthetic awareness. |
