Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To transfer the historical development of organizational psychology within the framework of the motivation of the individual within the organization, the communication order of the organization, the formation of leadership and organizational culture, the problems experienced within the organization and their solutions within the framework of theoretical approaches.
Course Content: Organizational psychology, management theories, motivation.
