Course Objectives: | At the end of this course students will be able to 1. Demonstrate a basic engineering knowledge. 2. Demonstrate an understanding of process control in food manufacturing processes as well in waste water treatment, organic waste problem, biofouling, corrosion and control, waste water treatment physical and biological, oxygen transfer problem 3.
