Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:

In this course, the concept of condominium ownership and the legal nature of the concept, the establishment of condominium ownership, the concept of condominium easement and the legal nature of the concept, the rights and obligations of condominium owners, the board of condominium owners and its management, measures in condominium ownership, termination of condominium ownership and special provisions regarding collective buildings will be discussed.

Course Content:

Condominium Law No. 634 will be examined.

4)	The concept of independent section, common place, land share.
5)	Establishment of condominium ownership, condominium easement.
6)	Examination of the rights and obligations of condominium owners.
7)	The legal nature and function of the management plan, association of condominium owners, meeting of the board of condominium owners, decision majorities.
8)	Cancellation of the decisions of the board of condominium owners and examination of the administrator.
9)	Handling the case for correction of land share.
10)	Examination of the judge's intervention in condominium ownership.
11)	Examination of the evacuation of the pet in the condominium law.
12)	Examination of the concept of Subsidized Buildings
13)	Formation of the board of condominium owners, decision majorities, duties in Subsidized Buildings.
14)	Management procedure in Subsidized Buildings, formation and responsibility of management.
15)	Examination of the termination of condominium ownership.
