Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Examining the Airline Planning process and understanding the place and importance of fleet planning in this process. Identification and analysis of internal and external factors affecting Fleet Planning. Addressing efficiency objectives and infrastructure constraints. Reviewing and understanding the advantages / disadvantages of network, integrator, hub & spoke systems and methods in fleet planning
