Course Objectives: | To provide students with a perspective about all employees of a company within the scope of Human Resources management. |
Course Content: | Understanding the importance of Human Resources Management for an enterprise Understanding the place and importance of HR practices in terms of strategic management of the enterprise Obtaining information about the methods used in the recruitment process, selection process and job placement stages. Obtaining general information about the determination of training needs and preparation of training programs. To learn how to apply common methods of performance evaluation methods General information about the methods used in converting and converting business values into numerical values To obtain general information about the issues related to employee health and safety and related legal regulations Obtaining general information on labor rights and employer rights |
