Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to make students informed about basic concepts, organizations and practices of labour law |
Course Content: | General information about labor law and basic concepts of labor law, establishment and termination of employment contract, results of termination of employment contract, provisions of job security, debts arising from employment contract and arrangement of work, trade union law, collective bargaining agreement, strike and lockout, occupational health and General provisions of Occupational Safety |
