Course Objectives: | It aims to inform the student about First Aid. |
Course Content: | Students taking the course will learn about the basic concepts and practices of first aid, the structures that make up the human body, basic life support, patient and injured transportation techniques, first aid for bleeding and shock, first aid for injuries, first aid for foreign objects stuck in the eyes, ears, or nose, first aid for fractures, dislocations, and sprains, first aid for respiratory tract obstruction and drowning, first aid for impaired consciousness, low blood sugar, and chest pain, first aid for burns, frostbite, and heat stroke, first aid for poisoning, first aid for insect bites and animal bites, and first aid in disasters. |
