Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to define the legal basis of the profession. Law deep and conceptual ties with people to understand the law relating to immovable property because it is a discipline, Family, heritage, goods, debts floor ownership with issues of law, cadastral and land registry issues are the course content. |
Course Content: | Private Law, Family Law, Heritage Law, Property Law, Forms of Acquisition of Immovable Property, Other Rights Apart from Property, Floor Property, Cadastre and Register of Land Registry, Law of Obligations |
