Course Objectives: | To ensure that maritime trade agreements are understood in the context of legal regulations, doctrine and precedents, and to develop competence in solving legal problems that may be encountered. |
Course Content: | Types of Maritime Trade Contracts, national and international legislation applied to Maritime Trade Contracts, Maritime Carriage Documents, insurance of interests subject to Maritime Trade Contracts against various risks and methods of resolving legal disputes arising from Maritime Trade Contracts. |
