Course Objectives: | The action for cancellation of savings is a lawsuit filed to ensure the cancellation of certain savings transactions made by the debtor in order to evade his creditors. The purpose of this lawsuit is to prevent the debtor from preventing the rights of creditors by reducing its assets through fraudulent transactions |
