Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The action for cancellation of savings is a lawsuit filed to ensure the cancellation of certain savings transactions made by the debtor in order to evade his creditors. The purpose of this lawsuit is to prevent the debtor from preventing the rights of creditors by reducing its assets through fraudulent transactions

Course Content: The subject and purpose of the action for cancellation of savings, Cancellation of the dispositions, Cancellation of the dispositions made for the purpose of damaging the creditors, Trial in the cancellation action
