Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this course, the legal nature, form, obligations of the parties, termination and other problems of the construction contract in return for land share, which constitutes an important type of labour contracts in practice, will be discussed.
Course Content: Comprehensive examination of the construction contract in return for land share.

2) Discussion of the basic concepts related to the construction contract in return for land share.
