Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:	To provide information about the Development of Sports Law in Turkey and the World, the Organization of Sports, Resolution of Sports Disputes and Sports Law Legislation.
Course Content:	Development of sports law, organization of sports, sports federations, sports clubs, sports contracts, sports discipline, doping, solutions to sports disputes

1) Student will have knowledge about the sources of Sports Law
2) Student will have knowledge of the Management Structure in Sports and the Working Procedures of Sports Organizations.
3) Student will have knowledge about the concept of discipline in sports and the precautions taken to prevent athletes from doping in competitions.
4) Student will learn the Obligations Imposed by the Law on Violence in Sports and the Sanctions Envisaged in Case of Violation of These Obligations
5) Student will Have Information About Contracts Related to Sports Law, Obligations of the Parties in These Contracts and the Consequences of Breach of Contracts.
6) Student Will Have Detailed Information About the Resolution of Disputes Occurring in the Field of Sports.
