Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to understand the conditions and functioning of the job security system, which is an important achievement of Labor Law, and to identify its shortcomings.
Course Content: Explanations will be made on the history, conditions and implementation of the job security system with examples from comparative law.

1) Sharing the course syllabus and informing about the method to be followed
2) The subject of Labor Law, its emergence and development, the basic principles and ideas that guide Labor Law.
3) The emergence and development of job security, International Law regulations
4) The scope of job security and the conditions for benefiting from job security
5) Evaluation of 30 worker conditions and examination of relevant Supreme Court decisions
6) Six-month seniority condition and review of relevant Supreme Court decisions
7) The condition of not being an employer's representative and its examination
8) Termination of a worker under job security by the employer
9) Valid reasons for termination

10) Procedure for termination of the contract
11) Objection to termination notice
12) Consequences of termination for invalid reason
13) Substantial change in working conditions and termination of the contract
